Timing: 1845-2100hrs (6:45PM – 9PM)
Location: Royal Roads - Dogwood Auditorium
Dress: C3B - Summer Dress (new cadets in civilian wear)

Required Documents
We ask that you (our new cadet) bring both of the following documents with you:
Acceptable ID - Birth certificate, Canadian Passport, IRCC Permanent Resident Card or visa/permit
Health Insurance - Provincial Health Card or Private Health Insurance information
Please bring these documents so we can match it to your online application in person, as we cannot process any registration without them. No photocopies or print outs will be taken for these documents.
What to Expect
After the Information Session, staff will lead you through stations set up by our different “departments”, including:
* Our squadron can only be run thanks to the support of the Department of National Defence (DND) and fundraising initiatives organized by our SSC; along with parent donations. If you would like to make a donation to the squadron, the SSC accepts cheques and e-transfers on the day of registration - and at any point of the year.
The SSC is also always looking for volunteers!

Cadet 365
All cadets are to ensure that they have access and familiarize themselves with the platform. New cadets will be sent their email login and temporary password 7-10 business days after registration has been completed.
